Certification

Alpha 360 Certified Critical Facilities.

Alpha 360 Critical Facilities Training carries its own certification. Six levels follow the position ladder, and each one is earned on the platform: the modules, each knowledge check at 100%, and a timed certification exam. It is included in every training plan.

Level 2 · Operator

Alpha 360 Certified Critical Facilities Operator (A360-CFO).

Level 4 · Lead

Level 5 · Assistant Chief Engineer

How you earn a level

1. Finish the modules

Every required module for the position, each knowledge check passed at 100%.

2. Hold the level below

Each level builds on the one before it. Technician comes first; every level after it needs the level below.

3. Pass the exam

100 questions drawn from the position’s modules, 3 hours, 85% to pass, timed. One attempt a year is included in your plan; retakes are $49.

Each level builds on the one before it. A credential is valid for two years and renews through assigned refresher modules. It is a training credential issued by Alpha 360 LLC: not a state licence, and not accredited by a third party. It confirms the training was completed and the exam passed. It is not a site qualification: your employer decides who is qualified to work on its equipment.

With or without the Virtual Bench. Every certificate says how it was completed: “Completed with the Virtual Bench practical” when a drill has been passed on the Bench for every bench-linked module in the position, or “Completed without the Virtual Bench practical”. The Bench is an optional add-on; the certification is earned either way.
Stored and verifiable. Every certification is entered in the Alpha 360 certification register with its own control number, printed on the certificate. An employer can check any certificate on the verify page with that number.

Exam prep for the outside credentials, built in

Approach boundaries, risk assessment, PPE categories and the energized electrical work permit, with a practice exam.

Stationary engineer and boiler operator
