36 equipment and safety modules — pumps, chillers, towers, CRAHs, boilers, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, batteries, fire alarm, suppression and EPO, LOTO, MOPs, risk and root cause — each with a section on what the Commissioning Agent verifies.
One start-up or proving exercise per core module, with faults the instructor can inject. The bench grades the steps, the readings, and every hold called with its origin, cause and severity. An unsafe acceptance is never a pass.
Every module works on Site Alpha, a fictional data center with one drawing set — one-line, P&IDs, control ladders, points list and sequences — so the sheet learned in CX-02 is the sheet tested from in CX-14.
At least three modules each on blueprints, P&IDs and electrical drawings — identification, usage, operation and location — and risk management in every module.
