These terms cover your use of Critical Facilities Training, run by Alpha 360 LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

Training material only

All courses, lecture modules, training references, knowledge checks and other documents produced by Alpha 360 LLC are training material. They are not site procedures and are not intended to take the place of any site-specific procedures, instructions, policies or documentation, or of the equipment manufacturer’s manuals. Always follow your company’s approved procedures and policies.

Alpha 360 LLC is not responsible for any deviation by an employee from their company’s policies or procedures.

Your account

An individual account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details private and don't share your account; you are responsible for what happens on it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is shared or that breaks these terms.

Company accounts

A company account is run by its Facility Manager, who adds employees, assigns each one a position and entry point, and can see their progress, scores, attempts and certificates. If your employer added you, your training record is visible to your company's administrators. Training records in a company account belong to the company.

Plans, billing and renewal

Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record for your order and handles payment, sales tax and receipts; its terms also apply to the payment. Plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Company plans are priced per seat, per year, at each employee's position rate, with the volume discounts described on the pricing page, and can be paid by card, invoice or purchase order. Seats belong to the company and can be reassigned when people leave. The Virtual Bench is an add-on with its own subscription, priced per seat.

Individual plans are for people paying for themselves. Accounts paid for or reimbursed by an employer must be on a company plan. If we find an individual plan that an employer pays for or reimburses, we may ask for it to be moved to that employer's company plan.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your training record is kept. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, unless the law where you live requires it.

Certificates and the certification exam

An Alpha 360 certificate records that the holder completed the specified Alpha 360 training and passed its assessments. It is not a license, a regulatory certification, or a qualification to operate any specific facility; those remain with the employer and the relevant authority.

Each certification level requires every module for the position passed at 100%, the level below held, and the level's timed certification exam passed. One exam attempt a year is included in your plan; further attempts are charged as shown on the pricing page. Certifications are valid for two years. We may withdraw a certificate obtained by sharing an account, by someone other than the holder taking the assessments, or by tampering with the platform.

Every certificate is entered in our register with a control number. Anyone who enters a control number on the verification page can see the holder's name, the level, the issue and expiry dates, and whether it was completed with the Virtual Bench practical.

Copyright and reproduction

© 2026 Alpha 360 LLC. All rights reserved. Any reproduction or distribution of documents produced by Alpha 360 LLC, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Alpha 360 LLC is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action. Don't copy, download, scrape or record the lectures, question banks, training references or the Virtual Bench.

No guarantees

We work to keep the training accurate and the site available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Alpha 360 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant we will tell account holders by email or on the site.

What we keep

  • Your account: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored encrypted by our sign-in provider; we never see them.
  • Your training record: modules opened and completed, knowledge-check scores and attempts, exam results, Virtual Bench drill results and certificates.
  • Company accounts: the names, email addresses, positions and entry points a Facility Manager enters for their employees.
  • The certificate register: holder name, level, control number, dates and exam score for every certificate issued.
  • Payments: handled by Lemon Squeezy. We receive your email, plan, status and renewal dates, never your card details.

How we use it

To run your account and give you the training you paid for, to keep your record, to issue and verify certificates, to show company administrators their employees' progress, to answer you when you contact us, and to meet tax and legal requirements. We don't sell your information and we don't use advertising trackers.

Who processes it

Our database and sign-in provider (Supabase), our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) and our web host, each only to provide their service to us; and authorities where the law requires.

Browser storage

The site stores a sign-in token and a copy of your training progress in your browser so you stay signed in and your work isn't lost between saves.

How long we keep it

Your account and training record are kept while your account is open. Certificate register entries are kept for as long as the certificate could be checked, so that employers can verify it. If you close your account we delete your account and training record, except register entries and records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. If you were added by an employer, some requests go through your company's Facility Manager.

The site is meant for adults working in or training for facility operations and is not directed at children under 13.
